“This Co practices a sneaky 3 month charge This company practices a sneaky 3 month subsription refill enrollment charge. They send you a few emails asking how things are going and all of a sudden you are in some sort of subscription service. I tried to cancel, it was too late. They'd already shipped the next order. That I didn't need. Do not do busines With this company, you have been warned. This is a terrible, terrible practice that corporate companies do. Send them a message and do not do business with a company that automatically sends you refills, AND DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND. This is an awesome way for this company to make additional profits and a terrible, terrible, terrible way to handle their customers. I'll never do business with this company again. Take it deep! RxMd! Date of experience: January 03, 2025”

“Deceptive and hard to navigate web site. Text message said order maximum strength for $1 per pill. Could not determine price on website and could not find a way to cancel the process. Called their number and now it is $10 per pill. Use Alldaychemist instead. $1 per pill is possible.”

“Investment fraud is on the rise, and I advise the public to avoid these dishonest businesses. I made a sizable investment and was unable to recoup my hard-earned cash from an unlicensed business that insisted on taking more payments. After a difficult time, I was able to formally file a Google complaint against Treblesltd*com. They assisted me in receiving my money back in full within a few days. I heartily suggest them to anyone in need of assistance getting their money back.”

“although it worked for erection, the dizzyness, blerd vision, headache, and overall sick feeling , made it imposible to enjoy sex! I would like to return the product for a refund. I feel this drug is dangerous, and unsafe for me and many others! I felt pressure in my eyes, and head, and a racing in my heart.”

“I am equally at fault for trusting an online pharma for quality and professional health care when not one review I did I peruse. Look at the reviews here: ONE STAR. REX MD happily takes your money but after one month of waiting for delivery, including four phone calls to a manager who promised to text me when my scrip was shipped, crickets from them and no Rx. Silence. Nothing. I am filing a complaint with the DEA and here is the number for anyone who is treated so shabbily by a company ostensibly concerned with one's health: To report a tip directly to a DEA representative, call (571) 324-6499.”

“I had sent an email to cancel my perscription several months ago. I just got a text message saying my order had shipped. I called customer service. They said they only take cancellation verbally over the phone. I asked to be cancelled and got a note saying it was cancelled. I then said I wanted to send it back and get my money back. They said that they don't take the package back. To bad so sad. I went to the FedEx site to look at the status. It hasn't been picked up. Be warned this is a mess and best not to get involved with REX MD.”

“Be careful filling out anything on Rexmd as they will immediately ship a product with you completing the entire form. At that point they will complete the process for you, not answer your calls and deny any claims.”

“I would leave a zero if I could. I mistakenly signed up for a subscription fit semaglitude. I actually wanted, zepbound. When I asked if they could change it, they said they didn't have it, so I asked the to cancel my order. Obviously they did, but didn't refund my 200.00 OR send the prescription. Highway robbery. I will dispute the charge with my bank.”

“DO NOT deal with this company. I did not renew a prescription but was charged $299 without having the product shipped. I called and explained that I had no intention of renewing it but they refused to remove the charge from my card. They agreed that they would not send the Rx until I renewed it through telehealth, so essentially they are steeling my money. So now I'm forced to dispute the charge through my bank.”

“Absolute deceptive subscription and billing practices. Do NOT do business with RexMD. I took caution to not subscribe or approve reoccuring shipments or billing but they did it anyway. Dinged my bank account and shipped anyway. These guys are as low as it gets. They make extra money if you only let them hit you once or if you don't notice the recurring bank hits , they make much more.”

“The company is very overpriced and deceptive! I ordered once $720 for 90 pills. I knew it was expensive but was going to do it once. Months later they shipped another bottle and charged me the same amount. When I called the Rexmed representative said in a condescending tone - well you must not have read paragraph 4, it’s automatic until you stop it. I’ve learned my &720 lessen and will never use Rexmed again!!”

“I had my order put on hold, because I work offshore and was told there was no way to get it to me on time. I left the house for the weekend and then told my order was shipped. Which didnt do me any good as I wasnt coming back home until my 4 week hitch was over as I work offshore. When I arrived there wasnt nothing at my house nor proof of a picture or signature that it was signed for. REX MD isnt willing to replace the shipment and lost 160.00. You would think they have insurance through FEDEX . Dont use this company....”

“I told them when I placed my order do not automatically refill because I did not know how it was gonna work and I told him that at least six times what did I get my mailbox today? They automatically refilled it. They promised me they would not they are liars, dishonest crooks.”

“They are literally selling fake drugs. I got my Cialis, felt nothing, took 20mg felt nothing. Got a 20 MG from a friend worked exactly like it is supposed to. So I sent one of their pills to a lab to get tested. NO ACTIVE INGRIENTS - completely fake”

“They sent an order without my consent and continue to charge my CC for the meds, after a cancellation request. Customer Service sucks, very unprofessional and unhelpful. I will be contacting my bank, to report my card as stolen since they refus to cancel or refund my money.”

“Don't try to change or cancel your order. If you go as far as provide payment details, you'll have to contact your bank or credit card issuer to stop your orders, even if the order isn't completed or filled.”
