“DO NOT deal with this company. I did not renew a prescription but was charged $299 without having the product shipped. I called and explained that I had no intention of renewing it but they refused to remove the charge from my card. They agreed that they would not send the Rx until I renewed it through telehealth, so essentially they are steeling my money. So now I'm forced to dispute the charge through my bank.”

“Absolute deceptive subscription and billing practices. Do NOT do business with RexMD. I took caution to not subscribe or approve reoccuring shipments or billing but they did it anyway. Dinged my bank account and shipped anyway. These guys are as low as it gets. They make extra money if you only let them hit you once or if you don't notice the recurring bank hits , they make much more.”

“The company is very overpriced and deceptive! I ordered once $720 for 90 pills. I knew it was expensive but was going to do it once. Months later they shipped another bottle and charged me the same amount. When I called the Rexmed representative said in a condescending tone - well you must not have read paragraph 4, it’s automatic until you stop it. I’ve learned my &720 lessen and will never use Rexmed again!!”

“I had my order put on hold, because I work offshore and was told there was no way to get it to me on time. I left the house for the weekend and then told my order was shipped. Which didnt do me any good as I wasnt coming back home until my 4 week hitch was over as I work offshore. When I arrived there wasnt nothing at my house nor proof of a picture or signature that it was signed for. REX MD isnt willing to replace the shipment and lost 160.00. You would think they have insurance through FEDEX . Dont use this company....”

“I told them when I placed my order do not automatically refill because I did not know how it was gonna work and I told him that at least six times what did I get my mailbox today? They automatically refilled it. They promised me they would not they are liars, dishonest crooks.”

“They are literally selling fake drugs. I got my Cialis, felt nothing, took 20mg felt nothing. Got a 20 MG from a friend worked exactly like it is supposed to. So I sent one of their pills to a lab to get tested. NO ACTIVE INGRIENTS - completely fake”

“They sent an order without my consent and continue to charge my CC for the meds, after a cancellation request. Customer Service sucks, very unprofessional and unhelpful. I will be contacting my bank, to report my card as stolen since they refus to cancel or refund my money.”

“Don't try to change or cancel your order. If you go as far as provide payment details, you'll have to contact your bank or credit card issuer to stop your orders, even if the order isn't completed or filled.”

“Terrible company. They charged my credit card for $432.00 for what I didn't realize was a recurring prescription that had not been shipped. I tried to get the prescription stopped but they refused to do so even though the pills were still in their warehouse. They made no attempt to get my approval for the order, just charged my card and said sorry, there is nothing they can do. I wish I could give them no stars.”

“Placed an order and waited 10 days with no emails or tracking. I called in and was told I need to log in to my “portal” to complete the order but was never told this or even notified I had a portal. I will never order again!!!!”

“They shipped to the wrong address billed my credit card. When I call to complain they said they were sorry and would send out my order to the correct address. After two months of calling and getting promised a new shipment nothing has happened. I had to call my credit card company to dispute there charges. Bad customer service. Suggest you try another company that cares about their customers.”

“Shady shady. Was prescribed mystery pills yhat DID NOT WORK!! My order was for 60 pills but they sent to me 10 pills at a time. I told them the pills dont work, they cancelled the rest of my pills abd refused to replace with another option and NO REFUNDS!! Go to HIMS..theyre legit!!”

“Rip off outfit. Placed order 2 weeks ago. Was approved same day. Still sitting in waiting to be filled by pharmacy for 14 days. Called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. They put my order on “hold” status, and yet still refuse to refund or ship.”

“Placed order, billed immediately. Website promises 2 day delivery. My meds have not shipped 5 days later and still waiting. Customer service said I placed the order on Saturday, not true. Called again today, same BSht. I’m going to cancel my order. Check other sites, better prices and hopefully better service. Hal”

“For the first year, service was great. When it came trine to renew prescription this past January, things started smoothly, but quickly turned south. My member page indicated that order was being processed, and stayed Thai way for weeks, despite fact that they quickly processed my payment on January 11. Contacted them and they advised that they were having issues with new pharmacy. Couple of more weeks go by and still nothing. Contact them again and now they say my prescription did not renew, so had to speak with someone to complete prescription. Was told all was good and my order will be shipped, but member site still shows nothing, only that order is being processed. Still haven’t shipped my order from January 11. Nothing but runaround with these guys. Started out great, but now very disappointing.”
