Called and emailed to cancel, but they never did. I've been disputing a credit card charge for months now. Waste of time and money. Prior to this, everything was fine, and I actually had no problem with Rex MD, but after trying to cancel, I had to resort to cancelling my credit card! That was the only way to get them to stop billing me. I got 1 charge refunded, but not the other 1. Rex MD, why do you do this? If you were more reasonable, then your reviews would not be total sh*t. Some clients want to try it and then are done - why won't you let them cancel? It is not a way to run a business. I would have been a 5-star reviewer had you not resorted to these bullish*t non-cancellation tactics.
