Awful service. Bought an LG 43 inch TV on the 12th Sept, arranged set up 23th. Did not like the look of the set compared to my Samsung series 4 40 inch. The LG also refused to work with my hdmi cable and aerial connection. Reboxed it as new with all packaging but told by Chris the Chester shop manager that he would deduct 15 percent off my refund. The item was as new but he claimed that it was now classed as used as it had been taken out of taken he box. The small print is very misleading and is not in the customers favour. Great at selling things but awful at taking things back. Judging by other reviews they seem to be an awful company to deal with. The manager seemed to be making the rules up as he went along. Going to the shop things day to thrash it out. Paul on their service desk advised it's managers discretion to fully refund. I fully intend to escalate things today pending my visit to the shop.
