Bought ankle boots when on holiday in Cornwall. I did not use then for about three months. Day two I was walking in a shower if rain for a few minutes to get to my car. The boots were letting in. No holes but the water ran down the tops and into the sole where top and sole met. A few weeks later the leather upper began to separate around the toe cap. The leather upper is so flimsy and unsuitabe for purpose. Very poor workmanship. Very poor quality. Very poor design for use. I phoned Reiker customer service who were short with me and said they were not liable and I should contact the shop where I bought them. Due to government imposed restrictions i could not contact the shop. Back to Reiker and they still did not want to know @FAULTY FOOTWEAR @COULDNT CARE LESS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS @I WON'T EVER PURCHASE THIS BRAND AGAIN. &I HAVE BEEN VERY ACTIVE IN TELLING PEOPLE WHAT CHEAPNESS IS BEHIND THE BRAND AND @THE COULDNT CARE LESS ATTITUDE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
