wish I could give Rieker zero stars. I ordered a pair of Rieker boots, and within a week they started to peel. The boots only had 10 - 12 hours of wear time in total. Apparently Rieker does not warranty their boots. (I've never heard of a Canadian company that does not back their product.) The email that I got was ... Rieker does not warranty the wearing of the material as a defect and therefore they will not take them back, sorry! I contacted Rieker and they were no help, they also promised to have a manager get back to me and never did. I completely understand if I had these boots for three or four months and if they were cheap boots (I paid over $120 for them) they were barely a week old, and had very little wear time and started to peel. I would have expected a better product from a Canadian company. Poor quality and poor customer service.
