Quality standards have reduced greatly. Have bought boots, shoes and sandals over many years but those products bought in last 2 to 3 years are shoddy and poorly finished -3 pairs of boots have all had to go to the cobblers to have the soles reglued to the boots and while they were fairly well used, the soles themselves were not worn, it was just that the soles are clearly not being sufficiently well secured - 3 to 4 months use and they start to come away. This is really poor for a company which is selling itself on quality.
