My issue is with quality and Customer Service. I order a pair of N4263-16 Nikita in March of 2022. I had them for less then 3 weeks and they started to fray around the zipper.
My first email to Customer Service was April 26th. The response I received from them was:
" Thank you for contacting the Customer Services team at Rieker Shoe Canada Ltd. This message is to inform you that we've received your email and we'll be sure to look after you from here. You should receive a reply within a few hours, but please allow up to 24 hours.

This is an exact copy from the email I received from Reiker Canada.
I have also left 3 messages on the Customer Service phone and emailed twice more with the same response from Reiker Canada. As of today I have heard nothing from Reiker Canada and am left with an expensive pair of shoes that are falling apart.
