I purchased and pair of rieker boots in grey year before last online from rieker Canada. They came and one zipper wouldn’t work and was weird with a notch on the zipper. I emailed over and over to customer service and nothing. Brand new $200 boots. Last year at the end of winter my husband went to Becker shoes and Hanover and purchased me a new black pair or rieker boots that I loved. I used them for about a month and I put them on in November this year and here the sole is coming off of one boot and the black is coming off the other. Now I have to buy something else to get through this winter. The first pair of Rieker boot I purchased lasted me three years Now they don’t even last one winter. Super disappointed! I used to love them
