Over the years I have bought many pairs of shoes and boots from Reiker and have no issues with the quality. However, after two attempts to contact them to inquire about a specific pair of winter boots on their site and with no response, I will never buy another product from this company. Obviously the customer is not important. There are many other good quality footwear manufacturers.
