I also thought that Rieker were a quality brand but with my experience of these trainers and their customer service (lack of) I have changed my mind. These trainers, although purchased in summer 2020 they have not been worn very much. The uppers of them are still in almost perfect condition but the soles of both shoes have split as shown in the photo below. I contacted Reiker about them and was advised in a very abrupt email that it is beyond the 12 month warranty period so they will take no action. I recently bought a pair of Rieker boots and I have worn them a lot as really comfortable and warm - fingers crossed they last longer than my trainers.
