Bought Reiker man's shoes due to perceived reputation and quality. Should have read reviews beforehand. Shoes cost in excess of £100 but four months later I have had to pay out over £20 for new heels. Rieker said this was due to wear and tear and would not cover replacement or repair. I was told that I must be heavy on heels. My other shoes would not agree. Will know better in future and will not buy Rieker again.
