I have been buying Rieker shoes for YEARS. I sang their praises for the quality, design, comfort. I just bought a pair and was shocked and dismayed to see damage on my brand new red shoes after wearing TWO DAYS of just walking around. There are huge scuff marks on the toe and inner heal where the color is GONE. These shoes are ruined. Rather than being dyed material, it seems that the color was just spray painted on! This is NOT the level of quality that I have come to expect from Rieker and that I rave about. These shoes aren't worth the $89 I spent for them! This quality is what I expect of cheap shoes that cost less than half of what I paid. This quality is akin to a Walmart purchase.
