Purchased a pair of ankle boots both leak so eventually got my refund from Shuropody after being berated and informed it was my responsibility to ask if £60 boots are going to be waterproof. Not thier responsibility to inform me they may not be waterproof. Also before purchase I studied the items product information on the Riekers website no information what so ever to state if you spend £60 on these boots they may not be waterproof also no labelling provided on the product to clearly informed the consumer of this information . So so so disappointing Rieker. There are lots of reviews re-enforcing my comments. So Rieker what are you doing about your leaking products.???
