Rightmove is easy to use for current data, past prices and up to date information. Since I have been using it there have been some improvements to the site and I think it is in tune with what people want in terms of search features. Even better would be if it could show whether a property has recently SSTC and then come back on the market because if this has happened numerous times it would be useful for prospective buyers to be aware of possible problems/survey issues. Rightmove is moving with the times but estate agents are still operating in the dark ages, withholding information, describing incorrectly, trying to hookwink buyers etc. I'm glad that there is more property info on line these days to help buyers pay the right price and make informed choices. I'm looking forward to the time when online advertising of houses really takes off, people's transactions can be more direct and transparent and estate agents can shuffle off.
