This is not the first time that my order has arrived damaged. This time, one of the products ruined the entire package, which I had ordered as a gift, due to poor and careless packaging. The value of the parcel is high enough to suggest that the products are packaged in a nice and tidy way.
But I would go beyond that, but there is no customer service of any kind that I can contact to resolve my problem. Should a chatbot really solve this???? It's very frustrating that I like the products but I can't get access to them because of these experiences I dare not order....
