Packaged delivered was upside down, not according to carton box indication. Some items were slightly damaged. Reported to Robinsons CS and the team had arranged with the manufacturer for the exchange of the damaged items. Although it caused hassle to wait for the exchange and some delays in using the product nevertheless, thank you for the efforts.
