Had been searching (for Method, Waterfall, refills) for some time and was glad that Robinson had it. The order and delivery process was seamless and straightforward, as was the payment. We have also been a long-time customer with the old Robinsons and trying out the online, which has quite an extensive range of products, seemingly endless (which we are glad but at the same time a tad bit exhaustive to view). But we do miss the physical store(s).
