My Vitamix was delivered as advertised in good working order and box was in good condition as well. Vitamix has been great, need to spend more time to do more with it. Only minor area to improve is the notifications for delivery. These came in at the last minute and it was not always clear what was happening. My first notifcation was around midnight for the day before delivery, the history showed that things were happening before I got my first notification.
