It is rather weird that the order was listed as "Fulfilled" when the items had not been delivered. When I checked with customer service, I was told fulfilled does not mean it has been delivered, but that the order was received and in the process of being delivered. Might be clearer to say "In progress" so customers know that the orders are being processed and delivery is forthcoming.
