It has been two weeks and I have yet to receive one of my orders. So I dropped a WhatsApp message to expedite the delivery and promptly received an update. It was delivered to me within a few days but I received one wrong item. The next day, a man came by to collect the wrong item. Despite expressing concerns and urgency as it was meant as gift for my mother. At this point, her birthday had passed and I still have yet to receive the correct item. The recovery service has been disappointing. Aside from that, I love the Robinsons line. The quality is top-notch.
