I have been using RoboForm for over 20 years and have been consistently satisfied with the program's features and customer support. When I have discovered something that doesn't seem consistent with my expectations, the customer support staff have been quick to respond with a solution, in some cases updating the program to 'fix' the issue.
I have read many reviews for the competitors in this space and have never been tempted to change. I would unhesitantly recommend RoboForm to anyone looking to simplify their online life with a password manager.
