I have been using RoboForm for years first on Microsoft Pc and then I went all Apple and I still was using RoboForm until there latest update. Then I could not sign into my account. I have lost all my pass words and I am locked out. I have tried to call , but you will not let me talk to a person just send an email and still no response. Plus just the day before this all happened I payed $49.95 to renew my RoboForm everywhere and the day after you came out with a discount. Now you have my money and I have no RoboForm. What are my chances of getting a rebate if you can't solve the problem?
If you new there was an issue you should have sent an email to all your accounts and inform them of the problem.
