I don't have experience with other Password Managers, so I can't compare RoboForm with them, However, I've been using RoboForm for many years and have had some problems with it, but most of the problems have work-arounds so I can't complain. For example, some websites don't allow RoboForm to enter your Login and/or Password, so I have to cut & paste. This is also true with RoboForm on SmartPhones and iPads. Customer Service has been excellent, aside from the fact that you can only communicate with them via email or chat. Even if you don't use to automatically enter your passwords, it is an excellent tool for storing them. I would recommend RoboForm especially to those folks that are computer literate.
