Product is outstanding, Customer Service is apparently non-existent. I purchased a special offer to add 18 months to my current plan for $19.95, which I did on May 15, 2017. I did not receive a receipt and have not been able to confirm this purchase was attached to my account. I have left several voice messages and opened one ticket requesting a receipt and confirmation of activation on my account - there has been no response. If I don't get a return call to 760.832.9375 by COB Monday June 12, 2017 I will dispute this charge on my current AMEX bill, which will surely force the company to respond. How disappointing that such a terrific product, that I have personally helped many people purchase and learn how to use, has its reputation besmirched by lack of customer care.
