"The program itself is very good. The difficulty is IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I have used RoboForm for several years. I always dread a new version coming out. It is difficult to understand and to get it to work on my machine. It sometimes appears you have lost ALL your passwords. It never is a easy or logical installation."
UPDATE: RoboForm support worked with me and quickly corrected my issues.
