I purchased Roboform years ago for $19.99 this last year I have had nothing but problems with Roboform. Every other day it tell my my "tree trail has expired" and now doesn't work with my Mac I have had nothing but issues in fact now trying to get the extension to work. In total I have spent 20-30 hours in 30 days talking to "Support" that sends me the same fixes over and over and over again. Then I purchased Roboform again thinking it would solve the problems (it didn't) so I asked for money back NOW there saying I never paid for it. Its been nothing but a horrible experience the last 2 months and if not solved soon we will be looking for another application. Used to be an amazing service and we recommended now we tell people don't waist you money. We will also be posting on App reviews for Apple to prevent others from paying for something that frankly now doesn't work. You would think after reviewing my account (at least 7-10 years using) they would just fix it OR give us a free upgrade since we paid and now it says were using the "free" Robo form I am telling you its been a joke!
