I can't tell you exactly when I started using RoboForm but I did find a receipt for use on the Palm Pilot going back to 2004. I have never looked back. RoboForm has kept my information safe and secure for over 15 years. I use it virtually every day for work and home and I use it on my iPhone. Last year, my laptop was stolen. I didn't have the computer account login activated and I worried about my personal information and even RoboForm (what if they guessed my master login!!). But, RoboForm quickly became my tool for protecting my information. I changed all my passwords for all my important accounts and RoboForm was relied on heavily as it contained all the links to each service in it. It made this process much more manageable. I went down the list of hundreds of passwords and identified those that needed immediate attention. You never want to be in a position to have to do this but I thanked my lucky stars I had RoboForm!! I highly recommend this product!
