I bought a pair of Laser Beam Sandals which are FANTASTIC by the way), two months after buying the sandals unfortunately the strap unstitched. I contacted Rocket Dog and cannot believe how amazing their customer service is. Within an hour a few emails had been sent and the issue was sorted with a new pair of sandals being sent my way. I cannot get over how quick and great the customer service is at Rocket Dog, just fantastic!
