“Bad experience. I paid $51.25 for a pair of rainboots. Didn't fit returned them same day I received them. I only receiving $33.35 back. They took $17.90 from my refund. The instructions says that $8.95 would be taken out for shipping cost. I have reached out asking for a itemized list that adds up to $17.90. So, I'm paying $17.90 for a pair of cheap, too small, uncomfortable pair of boots that I tried on once!!!”

“I bought a pair of Laser Beam Sandals which are FANTASTIC by the way), two months after buying the sandals unfortunately the strap unstitched. I contacted Rocket Dog and cannot believe how amazing their customer service is. Within an hour a few emails had been sent and the issue was sorted with a new pair of sandals being sent my way. I cannot get over how quick and great the customer service is at Rocket Dog, just fantastic!”

“The site is easy to use, and the products are great value for money. I have bought several pairs of their platform "flip-flops"; they are all extremely comfortable, hard-wearing, and great fun. I wore one paid round the old Olympic park all day without any discomfort. Thoroughly recommend.”
