Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Bought an entire kitchen appliance package. All were delivered except for range. They missed their delivery date-blaming it on the agent before them and then blaming on the contracted delivery company.
No one from “customer service” calls back, all seem to have NO CLUE how to operate anything. I’ll never ever buy from Rona again.
