I Picked up my order on Midland location. I was served by DAVID S. GUERRA. What a wonderful guy and so professional. He got my order ready on time and put it in my car. He was so courteous, cheerful, and very helpful. I am so glad that he did my order. My order was 3 toilets and they were very heavy. I noticed there was no help for him to lift those heavy loads. He was doing it all by himself. My request to Rona and the Manager: this is not safe, it is a health injury for the staff to lift the heavy stuff by themselves. Please consider giving extra help to the staff when it comes to lifting heavy stuff. Keep the great work, David S. Guerra!!
