I picked up my order from Rona Midland location on 28th April. One of the toilet seats was broken so I had to come back on the 29th for the exchange. I was served by Rona staff Allaudin (Aloo). He was extremely helpful, courteous, and got my item exchanged fast on the curbside. Very impressed with his service. Thank you Allaudin for your great help. Cheers!!
