I made an online purchase and planned for curbside pick-up. I wasn't sure when I could get to my store (North Vancouver - Park & Tilford) so I didn't schedule my pick-up time. I called the store (twice) to check if that was okay, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. So I went, parked in designated spot and phoned the number on the sign. No answer again! I ended up having to go into the store (which I did not want to do), dodge the crowds, and stand in a long line at the pick-up counter. I told 2 different staff that I'd phoned from outside and there was no answer - neither of them even acknowledged this. I expected at least a comment on them being busy, etc - to acknowledge that they usually WOULD answer the phone. But nothing. The staff at the counter just told me to wait while he went to get my order.
If RONA is not willing to do curbside pick-up at this store, it should NOT be offered - that's deceptive and I won't be shopping there anymore.
