We purchased landscaping blocks and paid 30 to have them loaded on a pallet. We Were told the 30 was refundable upon return of the pallet. There was no mention of keeping the reciept.
The 2 guys loading screwed up-it was a back and firth GONG SHOW and eventually they just threw the pallet ontop of the blocks. So the pallet was no use to us - but we were exhausted by their incompetence.
2 weeks later we return with the usless pallet we paid a deposit on - and we were refused a refund. No appology. Nice expensive firewood! Thank Rona!
