In late December I purchased a LG gas range from Rona. The stove was not installed until January. I used this stove three time and then my nightmare a began and is continuing to this day.
As I turned up the temperature to 350, flames began coming out of the back of the oven and did major damage to a brand new renovation.
I went to visit Rona and they simply brushed me off and told me to deal with LG myself. When they finally sent out a technician my troubles greatly increased. The technician made a horrible mistake and turned on the top of the gas range . After a loud explosion my condo filled with black toxic smoke and now I have an extremely sick parrot. She stopped eating and had to be put on oxygen.. Humdreds of dollars later and blackened lungs she is now on three medications twice a day for the rest of her shortened life.
Coming into five months later I have had to pay my own bills and still have received no help just empty promises from both Rona and LG
Two lessons I have learned
I will not purchase an expensive appliance from Rona ever again.
Number 2, I will never purchase anything from LG
Which according to them stands for life is good .
My life has been anything but good since I dealt with both Rona and LG.
