I have been shopping at Fleetwood Rona for many years now. I am not angry contractor nor a skilled DIY guy. Every time I go there to buy something I think I need to do something at home I ask for advice and assistance. Starting from the station at the entry they listen, clarify, give advice and directions, sometimes call for someone who is specialist in the matter. Over last couple of months I experienced it several times. I also noticed few other customers like me asking for advice. Every time the response is professional and attitude friendly.
