To start off - we had gift cards to use and they cannot be used online. Therefore we had to go in store to make any purchases.
We were trying to order Landon and Co cabinets. As they are in the midst of clearing out the previous line, originally they tried to give us mismatched stock. The colour of white is not the same. Manager offered to do a whole new order from the warehouse - this was appreciated.
Because we were doing one of the buy more save more events, we did a couple more orders online. I called immediately when I received notice they were in to check again about the brand/line. I was told they would again order from the warehouse and call when in.
Just went to pick up. Mismatched boxes, no numbers on boxes that match up with receipts - such a mess!
Ended up returning everything! So disappointing.
