All i need is a duplicate receipt so i can get an item that has failed replaced by the manufacturer. I called Main office customer service at 831 am - supposedly they open at 830. I was on hold for 40 minutes. Lady did answer, ask for my information, gave me a case number and i made the decision to stay on hold for the next rep.... on hold for 20 minutes, then it disconnected me. I tried calling back and only get a busy single. Ive been at this for 2 days. What is purpose of a case number if the customer has no where to go with it. I have been calling 2 different storeS directly but no one answers in any department. Left a general message at the Nepean store, no one has called back. This is beyond my patient level. I am not happy.
