I purchased a kitchen sink on April 10th, 2020. It was displaying that I would receive a 25% discount upon check out. The discount did not appear. I completed the purchase and contacted customer service (miraculously someone answered): the agent agreed with my complaint and took a screenshot of the discount being advertised and provided me with a case number. I subsequently have tried to contact rona.ca customer service by telephone on 4 occasions. On occasioon 1 I waited 90 minutes before hanging up. On occasion 2 I again waiting 90 minutes before hanging up. On occasion 3 I waited 60 minutes on-hold before hanging up. I have written to rona.ca customer service email and NEVER have received other than an automated response. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ONLINE RETAILER WHO CARES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THE FRUSTRATIONS THEY EXPERIENCE. Today, May 23rd, I waited on the phone 30 minutes only to be told the representatiave did not have authority to grant the refund and would pass me to another agent: I have now been waiting another 45 minutes -- nothing! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHICH IS A DISGRACE TO CANADA.
