We are a self employed business and almost always go to Hamilton Home Depot for all our needs, even though we live in Grimsby. Every single time we go to Rona, we wonder why we bothered! Customer service is ridiculous! I ran in recently just because I needed a small item. The girl working in the paint department was so irritated that she had to tell me to go to a center island for customer service to help me. When I got there, the man was helping someone. He was annoyed that I was waiting and let me know that he was going to be a long time with the customer he was helping! By the time I got outside it was so unbelievably unorganized. Cars were going every which way and couldn’t get help. I was about to help myself and load my vehicle but a guy appeared and helped me. He was very pleasant but he helped me before so many others that had been waiting long before me. Then no one was working the gate to exit so people were leaving through the entrance. Total incompetence everywhere. I would give less than one star if that was an option.
