I purchased an outdoor fountain on april 2nd. After waiting for almost 2 months where they still have no tracking of item, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund the end of may. it is now July 8th and I have not even been contacted by Rona. It took me 2 days to finally reach them by phone and I was told that I am now in the que(whatever that means) for them to investigate giving me a refund. they took the funds from my acct. on April16th and to date I have received no reply from them. Absolutely appauling THAT THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!!!!
