I ordered 25 pieces of treated lumbers 1 in x 6 in x 12ft. on July 13, 2020. This item at that time and very moment was available in the list in Rona Erin Mills . After two days they cancelled my order for the reason that its no longer available. Why they cancelled my order... Their staff are irresponsible and no customer respect. They could have produced that item from their other branches. What is the reason they could not do it for thier customer. This kind of service is so disgusting..I have already planned to use that woods and after waiting for two days they just cancelled it outright.
