RONA is a lousy store to buy from. Appliances ? NEVER.
I am one of the thousands of unfortunate ones who bought a warranty to the appliances. Am waiting since May 2020 till today Jul 25 for a technician to come and attend the issue. If you call RONA, the standard answer is "our warranty dept is outsourced hence call them" . Well I paid to RONA and the experience is extreemly poor. BAD. BAD. VERY BAD.
