Misinformation + disorganization + poor customer service = Total frustration
I ordered a Dock Edge + Folding Dock Ladder. It was supposed to be in-stock. After noticing it had not been shipped after a week, I checked and found that it was no longer in stock.
I cancelled order immediately. A week after the cancellation, I got email informing me that the order Ladder is ready to be shipped.
I called customer service and waited for 45 minutes to speak to someone. I told his that please do not ship the ladder, I have cancelled it. I was told not to worry. The refund would arrive the next day.
A week and half after that, the ladder that I have cancelled and was told not to worry about, was delivered to my house. I refused the delivery.
It has been four weeks since I cancelled my order, I still have not received my refund, which was guaranteed within 5 business days. I called twice, waited about 30 minutes each time and was hanged up once, and was told someone else would call me back the second time.
