It seems that their young staff specially the young girls and their supervisor miss getting trained on the proper customer service..
They never smile or greet you.
Never ask them for help cause this will change their mood...you feel like they are not getting paid to work.
Anyways I don't recommend st catharines store..less varieties and worst customer service ever.
And don't forget there will be no return after 4 pm or you get a hard time from them!!!
