Joe with roof simple was absolutely wonderful took care of everything that we absolutely needed handled the insurance company 100% hired an adjuster on our behalf to meet with the insurance adjuster and they were on my roof for four hours the end result was I had an insurance claim that was honored by my insurance company and then I had a great company come out and install my roof they stocked the roof area with shingles came out the next day with a crew of 15 people and they had a project manager designated to me on site for the entire duration of the job the crew was extremely professional wonderfully pleasant and completely thorough in everything that they did had it not been for roof sample and their crew we could’ve sustained major damage to my roof at a later date this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with John and Mark the owner personally came to the site to oversee everything and Joe was communicating with me on the phone checking in to make sure everything was going well after it was all done I fed the holy snot out of the crew and then I stuck them in my pool for over an hour wonderful team roof simple has i highly recommend this company for any and all roofing insurance claims and or regular roofing jobs completely professional company well-established great people to work with
