Beware of Ross Watch Repairs. My watch has been with them for months. They are impossible to get hold of and never answer the phone or any other form of communication. I know there are many customers like me, there is one poor chap you can read about in the local paper. Don't be fooled like I was by this impressive website or the clearly false five star ratings. Don't part with your expensive watch as you'll probably never see it again. Time for WATCHDOG I think...
