“Great service close to the end of the day. Would highly recommend using. Replaced batteries in two watches and resized. Wasn't as expensive as other places we have used previously. Great service, thank you.”

“The assistant at Ross watch repairs was very welcoming and gave me the best advise on changing my Watch battery. I was asked to return in 30 mins and in that time there was a Fire Alarm at the shopping mall. The assistant assured me as soon as things calmed down he would have my battery replaced and the watch cleaned. 10mins later when the Alarm was cleared I returned to the shop and had my watch cleaned and battery replaced at a acceptable cost. Thank you Ross Watch Repairs for your exceptional service!”

“Great service. My husband needed a new battery for his Skagen watch and the unusual strap (or rather an unusual connection to the watch body - two tiny screws through two little holes in the strap that had split open) also required replacement. They checked and discovered that the design and thus the design of the strap, had been discontinued. We have never seen that strap with its odd fitting on any other watch so thought the whole thing was useless. However, the friendly chap at Ross watch repairs Cabot Place, Canary Wharf, was able to repair it (cutting a slice off the end of the strap and forming two new holes) and only charged for the replacement battery. Fortunately the strap was long enough to take the reduction so still fitted. Forgive the lengthy review but given that a replacement strap, had it been available, would have cost £69.95, a five star review with just a few words of thanks would have been inadequate.”

“Took my watch in to the Canary Wharf branch to be repaired as could not get it working after I tried to change the battery myself! RWR had a look at it and managed to get it working after first trying a new battery but then noticing a tiny contact inside the watch was not connecting. Lesson learnt, let the professionals fix it!! Great service and very friendly. Highly recommend RWR!”

“Excellent service on my replacement battery for my Cartier watch. It’s expensive however, they know what they are doing. My battery was replaced, the watch was pressure tested and polished. Sinclair was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Thank you”
