“Excellent service on my replacement battery for my Cartier watch. It’s expensive however, they know what they are doing. My battery was replaced, the watch was pressure tested and polished. Sinclair was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. Thank you”

“Fantastic service today from Lewis at the Shard. Great advice , and fixed 2 watches within 2 hours.....an Omega Seamaster , and a Soviet Era wristwatch . Picked it up from Alex who was equally helpful & efficient . Great service still exists in London.....And Super value. Don't hesitate to use this great little business . I'll be back with other premium watches for servicing.”

“I am standing here where they should be open for 40 minutes and nobody is here. They haven’t bothered to repair my watch in 7 months. Their customer service is appalling. They can’t be bothered to do things so they ask me to email. Of course they never respond. Avoid like the plague”

“Was able to do what I asked for better than expected ie battery replacement lasting 6 years, not just two. Also attached my new watch strap free of charge. London Bridge location also extremely convenient!”

“I put my watch in for a battery change. I was told it would be ready in 7 days. That was 14 days ago I called this morning and was told I would be called back with an update I did not get a call back and when I made another enquiry I was told to call back on Monday. If there is an issue why was I not informed, if you can't get the replacement battery why was I not informed. Customer service does not seem to mean much . I am very disappointed. £150 is a lot of money and I expect better service. I will not use your service again”

“I am a visitor to London and my watch stopped working. I found Ross Watch repairs online and went to their store in The Shard Arcade but it was closed. I emailed them and a staff member replied - and came across town to open the store just to repair my watch! Now that’s brilliant service!! Thank you.”

“29th November 2023 - I was in the process of disposing of my Baby-G Casio watch after having the battery replace by a previous company, however when I took it to Ross Watch Repairs, they fix the issue and I am pleased to have my watch working. The service was excellent and prompt.”
