Great service. For starters the guys were half the price than quoted in some of the generic high street chains, which do not even do the repairs. That also included a laser cleaning of my watch. Secondly I sent my watch on the Monday and had it back by Friday. Again I was quoted up to 4 weeks on the high street. Finally the comms was superb, the guys emailed me straight back on my queries (even at the weekend) and kept me updated to say they have received the watch, and when it was repaired. My TAG looks as good as when I first bought it. RWR...highly recommended!
