The watch was scratched and not keeping time properly. I posted it to RWR and although it took longer than expected, came back AS GOOD AS NEW! I felt like I had a new watch on. I really appreciate the open communication I had with RWR. I live abroad and had to email a few times as to how and when to get the watch to RWR and then back to me. It all went well. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop to anyone. If you like your watch and want it back to its original condition then use these guys. It may not be the cheapest option but it is the best.
